Impeccable Cookie Company:an order-request site for a home bakery.
Impeccable Cookie Company is my own Michigan home bakery: chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, baked to order. The website takes order requests online, then I confirm the details before anyone pays. It is the same kind of build I make for clients, on a business where I am also the one answering the orders.

What Impeccable Cookie Company needed
A home bakery cannot take payment for an order it has not confirmed it can bake. Off-the-shelf store builders push straight to checkout, which is the wrong order of operations for food made to order. The site also had to be fast on a phone and easy for search engines to read.
What I built for Impeccable Cookie Company
- 01
Order requests, not checkout
Customers pick their cookies and send a request. It lands in my inbox, I confirm the details, and payment happens only after that.
- 02
Prerendered for speed and search
Every page ships as finished HTML, so it paints right away and search engines read the full content without running any JavaScript.
- 03
Photos that stay light
Product photos are compressed to modern image formats at several sizes, so the cookies look sharp without slowing the page.
- 04
Locked down
A strict Content Security Policy blocks injected scripts, and the build fails if a change would weaken it.
- 05
Bakery structured data
Marked up as a Michigan bakery, so search engines know what it bakes and where it takes orders.
